Global diversity
Naked Generations, experts on Generation Y, in 2009 noted that no research had been done by anyone else into Generation Y talent on a global scale:
- What benefit packages will work for European Generation Y, as compared with their Japanese peers?
- What are the career ambitions of Indian, or Chinese youth?
- What happens when Generation Y from multiple cultures work together?
They have all had very different cultural and socio economic environments in which they have been shaped and so the strategies to work with them will be different.
Need to know
The Naked Generations ‘GloballY’ research project will provide answers to these ‘need to know’ questions – plus a host of others. It will compile a global picture of what makes Generation Y, specifically 'Generation Y' across the world, and how you can draw out the most value from this capable cohort, on a global scale.
