Accenture placement schemes

We run 6 different placement schemes for up to 150 students per year.

Benefits of the schemes

Accenture schemes have an excellent reputation internally and interns are valuable resources on consulting projects. Recruiting interns enables us to attract high calibre graduates and undergraduates to fulfill analyst roles on client engagements at a low cost.

The return on investment is significant with almost 100% of interns receiving offers post university. Schemes are a key part of our graduate recruitment strategy.

Placement schemes in practice

Accenture recruit interns to join the consulting workforce in client-facing roles. Students gain core consultancy skills as well as developing soft skills such as teamwork and communication style.

Accenture hope to offer graduate opportunities to interns at the end of the placement based on performance.
