Aegis Group plc furthers the expansion of its global sustainability practice and announces Clownfish - a division of Aegis Media Italy
The market in Italy is very receptive to the possibilities that sustainability presents, as environmental issues are climbing the consumer agenda. According to a recent Consumer Connection Survey (CCS - Sustainability), conducted by Aegis Media, more than 13 million Italians, aged over fourteen years old, definitely agree that “maintaining the planet is my business”. The study shows that 88% of Italians are worried about air pollution and 62% of Italians are worried about global warming (Source: CCS – Sustainability).Responding to consumers’ concerns by engaging in sustainability will present lucrative opportunities for Italian companies to enhance brand value and engender consumer loyalty and trust.
