At learnpurple we have eight core values which are remembered through the mnemonic AFFIRM IT. These values are imbedded in everything that we do, from the way we recruit, interview and induct, through to development, appraisals and our marketing materials. On a daily basis you will hear people talking about the values, checking the work they do exhumes what we stand for. I haven't worked for an organisation where this much focus is placed upon values and culture. It works though! We all have a common set of beliefs and ideals, which we strive to achieve daily.
