How 'super' are your Users?

Within your organisation there may be a wide disparity in the competence of your users, either on site, across sites, across countries, even continents. There is in my organisation! Key people leave and new people arrive sometimes with little or no prior experience of SAP. Many of the people left who received initial training during implementation and roll out have forgotten much of what they never really became 'expert' at doing. So how 'super' are your users?
