  Hi, My name is Amanda. I am looking for my next new challenge within HR. I am an experienced HR Advisor from a retail background. I Worked for B&Q stores then in the CEO Customer Services department as HR Advisor. I have a very hands on open approach. Currently studying for my CIPD qualification, as this was not a requirement for B&Q, 1 day a week until July 2013.Look forward to any help and advice.

  Hi, I'm Tracy Raybould and new today to the group.
  
  I am a highly versatile HR and senior operations professional with expertise in developing organisational strategy and transforming into practical working solutions. One of my key strengths is that I am able to build strong stakeholder relationships to champion and enable change.
  In recent years I have been Head of HR & OD but have also had several other key departmental responsibilities including: Events & Fundraising; Customer Services; Estates & Facilities; Health & Safety; Safeguarding; Equality of Opportunity; Business Development - Military.
  I have spent the last 13 years working in the not for profit sector in a very special organisation which delivers training and education for people, aged 16+, with disabilities. It is a 40 acre campus, 400+ staff, a 24/7 operation with a 135 bedroom registered care home as part of the business structure.
  I am now looking for a fresh challenge in my career and would love to work for a modern, forward thinking organisation who wishes to capitalise on my skills and expertise. Thus the reason for registering with Changeboard.com and joining this group.

  i have joined this group to share knowledge by exchange of views over the burning HR problems the Industry is facing today such as retention,reduction of attrition rates,recruiting qualified and experienced man power,determining compensation & benefits, to have first hand information on changing global trends in Hr field,reduction of hiring costs.

  Hi everybody,
  
  I am a newly graduated danish guy who have recently moved to London. I am looking to start my career in HR. I have a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Copenhagen Business School (Denmark). I have tried to get a grip on the UK market of HR, and have not been successful so far. Therefore I am eager to hear if anybody in here can offer me some good advice on how to get in to the world of HR in London/UK as a newly graduate.
  
  I have a particular interest in change management, cultures, employer branding, recruitment, talent management, and alignment of HR strategy and the business strategy.
  
  I hope you have loads of good advice, I look forward to hearing from you :)
